Apple has again built a product that looks perfect and feels great in the hand , and the well-known user interface, lent from the iPod touch and the iPhone, is perfectly suited to the big screen. My 1st impressions of the iPad are largely positive, the iPad whizzes along, you can open applications, resizing web pages, and zooming in and out of maps almost instantaneously. YES! I was down by the river by the Sellwood Bridge at 8:27pm when my hotlady friend and I heard and felt the LOUD BOOM–THE LOUDEST EXPLOSION WE’VE EVER HEARD in our entire life. It literally shook the ground. Car alarms were going off. We never heard police sirens or ambulances. WHAT WAS IT????? Seriously, were we attacked by aliens? were we bombed? It was larger than mother nature’s Thunder! It was no M-80! It was NOT our imagination! WHAT WAS IT!!?? please help us end this mystery!!!!!(SERIOUSLY)
